Information about your google play services username, profile picture and achievements is collected automatically from google play services when you use our product. Information about your credit card details is collected only when you decide to purchase any of the virtual items within the game. Note that we do not collect these information ourselves nor store it on any server, database or any form of storage either physical or electronic. The credit card information is collected from you as you input them during any in-app purchase. When you participate in the online leader board, your in-game profile information, game play, and statistics may be visible to all.

 

 

What is the information used for

The google play services information collected is used to only provide a more competitive game play and an enjoyable experience. The credit card information collected is used to only make payment of any virtual items purchased within the game. Note that we do not use the credit card information directly nor store any of that information. Any third parties involved may depend on your credit card service provider. Since we do not collect any of these information ourselves we do not sell any information you may give as you use our product.

 

 

Parental control and Children's privacy

Parents/legal guardians are advised to monitor the use of The Last Gun: Space Strike by children under the age of 13 as this game is not primarily targeted at such audience. Parents/legal guardians are advised to only allow the purchase of in-app items under their supervision as children under 13 are not expected to have credit cards. This section also applies to children under 18. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of credit cards and thereby provision of credit card information.
